I am a coach & counselor for youth and adults, specializing in the practice of reality, existential, and faith-based cognitive-behavioral therapies.  I like to describe my style as relatable, encouraging, and specific.  I utilize the SMART goals approach to help clients meet their needs, and I value authenticity, integrity, and honesty.

I am a mom of 3 and have been an educator for 15 years.  I am also a licensed foster parent.  I have vast experience working with students and adults of all ages in a variety of faith-based and non faith-based settings.
