I ask many questions to obtain as much context about your issue as possible, including a deep dive into historical background, motivations, relationships involved, goals, doubts, tolerations, and boundaries especially in the business and executive context.

I use a combination of mindfulness coaching, vision coaching, solution-focused coaching, intuitive coaching, and transformational coaching as needed. 

Rest assured, I won't pathologize you, betray your secrets or push you into anything when you are not ready for it.

I offer remote video sessions only (i.e., Zoom meetings) in three month packages meeting once per week. Additional sessions within each week are possible and will be deduced from the total available sessions in your purchased package. Sessions are 45 minutes in length.

I offer corporate in-person, team-building trainings using lessons drawn from my experience in improv comedy and the corporate world. Typically, each session costs $200. If you purchase a three month package, ordinarily it would cost you $2,400 but we offer a discounted package of $2,000.

For more complex problems (including executive and leadership coaching), the rate increases to $300 depending on the results of our initial consultation.
