I am a Wellness Coach, Motivational Speaker, Strategist and Laughing Yogi. My approach is from a mindfulness perspective (living in the present moment). I use Laughter as the tool to teach people that joyfulness and wellness is a conscious choice for each and every individual. As a professional Laughter Coach, the benefits and application of therapeutic laughter is explained and experienced.
I help many people taking responsibility of their own health and wellness through my wellness seminars, lectures, trainings and workshops. I lectures nationally and internationally on mind-body related disciplines.
