I primarily use the STEPPA method of coaching, which focuses on emotional responses to bring change in our actions. I also draw heavily from years of eastern philosophy, meditation, and yoga.

I was a troubled youth who turned himself around. I brought myself from nothing to the home and family I have today. And, I'm happy.
In my teens, I began work as a classroom aide for children with disabilities. I worked as a nurses aide for years and developed my bedside skills in Hospice.
For the last eleven years, I've been teaching private yoga and meditation sessions, classes, and workshops. I've lead workshops and developed experience in the alternative lifestyle community.
In 2014, I published my first book, "Simple Sutras", a guide to the Vedic tradition of meditation.
Now I spent time enjoying my family, teaching, writing, and coaching.
