About me

If you are dealing with a issues in your life because of narcissistic parents, childhood trauma or other issues, I can help you learn to identify the sources of your problems. We can then work together to develop strategies to help you overcome these issues and move forward in a way that is more productive and healthy. The coaching process is a collaborative effort. I will help you to define, speak out loud, and strategically move toward what you really want in life. I prefer to handle this in a relaxed and simple way so you look forward to our sessions.

One on one coaching by phone in 45 minute increments for as long as you need.

ONLINE COACHING

Online coaching can involve text chat via Skype or other messenger systems. Text chat will be billed in 45 minute increments.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE

I am a child of a narcissistic mother. I have had eating disorders and issues with self-esteem due to the way my mother treated me. I understand the issues many adults face and how difficult problems stemming from their childhood can be to overcome.

While there are many books and other ways to help a person let go of the past, in most cases they do not help a person replace old programming with new thoughts and processes, which are helpful and beneficial. That has been my goal in my own recovery from these issues. I do not just want to understand what happened, but how to move forward from it. This is what I want to help others accomplish in their own life as well.

I am a life-long learner and my primary area of study is personal development. I believe that we all face many challenges within ourselves. However, if we study and work to find the answers a person can learn to deal with these obstacles.
