I specialize in working with lesbian, gay, bixesual individuals, couples in monogamous and open relationship, as well as individuals in all levels of gender transitions.
I don’t believe that the therapeutic process should take years. I believe my job is to teach you the tools that best work for you, so that you can apply them to your daily life.
I use a holistic approach to therapy, by helping clients to achieve balance and harmony in body-mind-spirit. Some tools include talk therapy, meditation, yoga, pet therapy and art.
I approach each client and couple with an open heart and mind. Together we will develop goals you want to reach and create a plan on how to get there. I look forward to meeting you either online or at my handicapped accessible office.
