About me
I moved from Pennsylvania to California after graduating college (Penn State University). Like so many young people, I had no “safety net.†And I never looked back.
Despite spending many years in sales and marketing, I always had an avid interest in people and behavior, and finally pursued a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. While doing so, I earned a certificate in Organizational Psychology and a certificate in mediation.
I found that using my knowledge, education and experience to coach people to get what they want, was my calling. I became a Certified Professional Coach and as a Certified Master Trainer, I also train other’s to become coaches. In addition to personal growth coaching and mentoring, I also provide career coaching and business and leadership coaching services based on years of not just education, but real-life experience.
Honestly, I love coaching and am dedicated to every one of my clients with a truly hands-on approach. I believe that the client/coach relationship is a unique and synergetic one: we are a team united in the pursuit of your goals.

RESULTS & GOALS
My job as a coach is to drill down to the core of the client’s desires and what may be blocking them, dig deep into their interests and clarify what it is they really want for their life, career and relationships. Without clarity, there is no vision. Without a vision there is no goal. Without a goal, there can be no map and ultimately no way to achieve any level of success or satisfaction within the core areas of your life.
That’s not to say that the path to success won’t need to change or morph a bit along the way, but if the goal is clear, the path will lead you there. Adjustments may need to be made, this is life after all, but with clear goals, your forward momentum will not waiver you will make those adjustments with less hesitation and second guessing.

I believe that we all deserve to live a fabulous life, full of joy, energy and success. I will help you clarify your goals, boost your self-confidence and find the resilience necessary to embrace – and move beyond – any challenge.
Through exercises and accountability, insight and cognitive and behavioral techniques, I will guide you, support you and help you to increase your awareness and gain the ability to reach your goals and to unlock your full potential.

PRIVATE COACHING
I work in 1 month increments with private clients. There are 3 sessions in the month and 1 week off.
Executive coaching are done in a 6 month package with the same 3 weeks on and 1 week off.
Business coaching is done in a 6 month package of 2-hour sessions once a month.
ONLINE COACHING
Coaching can be done via phone or skype.
Short courses or group coaching
I have group coaching done via a call in number and also in person groups.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE

n addition to my professional services, I volunteer with at-risk youth and the homeless, giving seminars on goal setting, conflict resolution, life skills and career counseling. I am a member of Women Empowered, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting local women’s shelters and mentoring young women and girls through volunteer opportunities.

Fees:
from $175 USD to $250 USD
Individual sessions are $175.
Business coaching varies depending on the scope of the coaching.
Executive coaching is $250 per session.
