My education includes an undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech and a masters degree from ASU. In addition to being the owner of Edge Coaching, I am a founding member for Board Certified Coaching (BCC) and belong to the International Coach Federation (ICF). I work with clients both in person and over the phone. I have a physical office in North Carolina that clients are welcome to visit. Additionally, I can travel to looking for coaching intensives that provided multiple hours of coaching in a condensed amount of time. Please note, additional fees and travel expenses apply to coaching intensives.
Executive Coaching
Executive coaching is for individuals that are looking for new tools to make themselves (and their company) better. Executive coaching is a minimum of a six month engagement working directly with Michelle Ellwanger. Custom goals are discussed at the onset of coaching and referred to throughout the process. Important skills such as emotional intelligence, effective communication, team building and how to coach others are provided based on the client's needs.

Initial package provides for 20 hours of coaching typically spread out over the course of six months.
