Life is about making meaning and writing stories, I like to help you make meaning of the things that have happened and rewrite your story.
Each session last 1 hour and is delivered via Zoom. After our consultation we can design a package that best meets your needs. We will meet for a minimum of two (2) sessions per month.
Each session lasts for 1 hour and packages can be developed to meet your needs.
I am a Board Certified Clinical Chaplain and Psychotherapist. I've been a member of the Trinidad and Tobago Association of Psychologist for the last five years. Also I am an Adjunct Lecturer, and supervisor of Masters level Psychology students.
