Nancy Georges

As a lifelong athlete and lover of learning, Nancy got her start in the fitness industry. One of Nancy's first jobs was managing and teaching aerobics classes at a health club. As a fitness professional Nancy was always looking for new and innovative ways to motivate and inspire her clients. The more problems her clients brought, the more she researched and educated herself on how to solve those problems. Nancy's first line of support in the context of helping clients was NLP or Neurolinguistic Programming. Nancy's first certification was with one of the pioneers in NLP, Robert Dilts, back in 1994. Nancy has since gone on to complete her NLP Practitioner, Master Practitioner and Health Practitioner Certifications as well as Trance Training within the NLP community. Nancy later added hypnotherapy as a modality of change to help her clients get the most efficient results at the conscious and unconscious levels. Nancy received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UC Davis and she is currently finishing up her Master’s degree in Counseling and Sport Psychology. In addition Nancy received her mental training from the International Mental Game Coaching Association as well as Mental Training Inc. where she is a Certified Mental Game Coach and Certified Mental Coach, respectively. Nancy continues her education in the area of sport psychology as well as other aspects of mental training to help bring to her clients the most well rounded experiences. Nancy's integrative form of coaching involves the client’s feedback along the way. Nancy likes to tap into her clients experience and knowledge, in order to create a balanced transformation experience. Nancy’s Background and Credentials Education John F.
