About me

I’m an intuitive compassionate  International Life Coach, a 200hour Hot Hatha Yoga Teacher, a 50hour Trauma-Informed, Writer, Actor, Restorative MBSR Mindfulness Stress Reduction Teacher.


I experienced self-doubt, rejection throughout my life battling with anxiety and self-judgement because of this I wanted to transform my life to be able to help others transform there’s.


As an Actor, I have been on film sets written and starred in my own short film. I know what it’s like to let fear hold you back and how it’s possible to let negative mindset damage your self-esteem and confidence and connection to other people.


I am focused on guiding actors and professionals who are struggling with self-judgement, self-sabotage and rejection, looking to adopt a growth mindset to overcome and navigate life’s challenges in professional and personal life to discover.


I will help you get to know yourself at the deepest possible level by there discovering your inner child to see what’s possible by unlocking intuition to live a limitless life. You’ll stop living with fear holding you back and start taking centre stage action. And make this life you have exciting full of purpose.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE

Growing up I suffered from anxiety, I was very shy and a people pleaser I was always comparing myself to other people.


I wasn’t fully aware I was in control of my own experiences thoughts, feelings, I didn’t know how to express myself or understand self-love.


I later transpired into experiences of depression after a former break-up in my later years.


During this time I knew I needed help, I found some relief from counselling but it seemed to be missing something.


My research allowed me to find and discover myself through spirituality and alternative forms of healing when I came across Mindfulness Compassion Therapy, it helped me to identify with myself to be more kind and compassionate, and I didn’t feel so alone anymore. I began applying some of the principles I learned in mindfulness kindness and non-judgement.


I could feel my world start to open up, connecting to the ‘inner child’ within me.


As a former early year’s assistant teacher I found myself feeling unfilled even though the career was rewarding I knew there was something else out there for me. I experienced a great desire to

As an Actor I have dealt with rejection experiences of anxiety leading to self-judgement, questioning “Am I good enough”?


The question we all ask ourselves when we decide to strive for more..


In Acting, you have to deal with rejection, not feeling good enough at times and constantly comparing yourself to other people. Mindfulness and coaching help to give some control back  become more aligned with yourself which increases productivity, rather than pushing adopt non-striving it doesn’t mean surrendering just stop pushing and allow life to enfold naturally.


Through my own understanding I was able to transform more life out of self doubt, confusion to a sense of clarity and answer my higher calling to help others to expand there lives. 


In January 2020 I studied to be Yoga teacher after a going through trauma and depression coupled with severe anxiety I decided to go onto a journey of self discovery my first step was 200 hour Hatha teacher training with Sweat Studios.


A few years later I expanded my mind and knowledge and continued my progression, from this I discovered my passion for helping others uncover theirs and navigate the stresses in life through studying MBSR Mindfulness Stress Reduction, ICF Life Coaching.


I was living a life of purpose, enabling me teach Hatha Yoga with mindfulness meditation and offer relaxation with healing space for anyone experiencing anxiety, depression, coaching to help actors with stress management including mindfulness techniques through my transformational programme’s.



 Combining mindfulness and coaching I provide a foundational structure with techniques to identify patterns of behaviors to turn them around. Mindfulness and Compassion comes from an empathetic approach towards the experiences. 


I have put together a structured programme with step by step approaches with healing modalities in mindfulness, these methods I feel work from my own experience and those of my clients to tranforms form peoples lives through deeper understanding and awareness to improve self-confidence, self sabotage, self judgement, depression and feel more in contol and empowered to live a limitless life. 


This is how my Actors Mindfulness Resilance Programme and Mindfulness Stress and Pain Management Programme came about, through my own knowledge and expertise
