I love the idea of creating a life you love. And while I've done it and continue to do so, I know how frustrating it can be, to hear all about following your bliss - when you have a busy schedule, bills to pay, a job to report to, children or family to care for and your personal needs are already on the back burner.

I'm a busy mother that's traveled a challenging road. When you're exhausted, you've read all the books and you want to live out your desires and the beautiful vision you have for your life - but you feel like there's a roadblock at every turn, you feel horribly discouraged. That's where I was after my divorce, as a single mom, just trying to keep my head above water. I was reciting every possible affirmation I knew, I was trying to stay positive and eat well - but the magic formulas just weren't enough. I needed solutions and a strategy to quit trying NOT to drown, but to really bask in the beauty of water and get where I wanted to be.

It wasn't easy, but I got there. I had a great coach at my side. I shifted my perspectives and learned who I really was and the power I held inside me. I learned how to show up in the world more in my truth than ever before. And the gift it's given has been both for myself and my clients.

I'm a creative with a background more diverse that even I can believe. My experience in marketing, networking, fashion, beauty, natural health, energy work, self help and a world of first hand challenging experience, has gifted me with the ability to provide you with the solutions, shifts and kick ass strategies you're desperately longing for, so you can finally live out your vision board, your dreams and your freedom.
