To initiate our journey together and determine if we're the right fit, we'll kick things off with a complimentary zero session. This initial meeting allows us to understand each other better, discuss expectations, and ensure alignment for the transformative journey ahead.
Subsequent sessions will run for a duration of 45 to 60 minutes each. Recognizing that coaching is a process and not a one-session endeavor, I recommend a minimum commitment of six sessions. This allows us the time and space needed to delve into meaningful discussions, set achievable goals, and witness sustainable progress.
