I finally decided to use the coaching skills I'd acquired over a four-year period, sharpened them with a full life coaching diploma and apply them to myself and that was it! Dedicated One to one coaching sessions offered at 60 minutes per sessions (it is recommend that these happen over a ten week period with ten sessions at one session per week over a ten-week period) however, client free to shorten or lengthen sessions
• One to one private online coaching over a 60 minute slot (recommend 10 weeks/ten sessions at one session per week over a ten week period, but client may choose own schedule)
• Group online coaching packages: team building, or team coaching sessions for corporates, student groups, executives, managers and leaders or mum groups (packages are customisable depending on group size
