I assist clients to communicate and restore broken relationships, overcome trauma from crime harm or conflict. I work in restorative justice, social work, parenting, confidence, empowrment,mindfulness, personal power, mental health, childhood abuse, trauma recovery and emotional intelligence. I like to educate and coach individuals through clear, interactive and invigorating coaching, mentoring or training sessions whether one to one or in group settings. I also supports goal-setting, personal growth, and behavior modification of my clients. I assist people in thier journey to overcome life's difficulties and early life traumas they may have experienced.

My coaching style is unique in that clients have told me that I am supportive, direct and motivating and i seek accountability. This helps them to connect with me personally and build trust as well as know that they will be pushed into achieving their desired goals even when they have lost momentum or are having down days.

My passions is working specifically around restorative justice for victims of crime or harm. What I equally enjoy is empowering others through training, coaching and developing their parenting capacity to care for and safeguard some of the most vulnerable children and young people in our society. I have developed specialised training courses and provided coaching and mentoring to hundreds of individuals from differing sectors on different topics or life issues. I am also a public speaker and train others to become great public speakers as part of the Andy Harrington ACE coaching team. More recently however I attended a Gerry Roberts book writing boot camp which has sparked my imagination to write my story and I am in the process of writing my first book. I love to make a living, living and ultimately want to help others do the same. To live more of a ‘Pura Vida’ lifestyle instead of being stressed out by situations, issues and the cares of life ultimately making the rest of thier life the best of thier life. You could say I am a people person. My kids often describe me as a parenting or family professional or the one who is always giving advice or coaching as I am always sorting people’s lives out in one way or another. I have a wide range of market experience working with people of all ages and disciplines in corporate, community, non profit and faith based organisations. I have had the privilege to be able to study various subject matters and hold diplomas and degrees in social work, coaching, counselling psychology, ministerial studies, restorative justice and family group conferencing. I am also a HCPC registered social worker with many years practice, training, coaching and management experience. I have an award in education and training, but the most important thing is I have a degree in life, life experience has taught me more than I could ever learn in the classroom.
