Results oriented trainer and coach. I work with organisations to identify issues and create solutions to those issues. I believe in measurable outcomes with relevance to the bottom line.
My coaching style is supportive within a directional framework. As a trainer I'm experienced in all aspects of the training cycle and in most areas of business from sales, customer care, bespoke IT applications, Oracle HRMS, Oracle ERP, Siebel, and much more.

The aim is to identify what you want to achieve and ensure that this is consistent with your value set. Once this is done we work together to develop a practical framework that you can commit to to attain your objectives.
HOW I LIKE TO COACH
My coaching style is supportive but direct. I expect to develop an understanding of your needs through an initial consultation and for you to decide whether I'm the kind of coach you want to work with.
I don't believe that coaching is a one-sided relationship. You determine where you want to be and I'm there to help you get there.

With a specific focus on achieving results in a business environment whether it be improving your project management skills or having the best shot at a promotion. With over a decade's senior management experience and more than a decade's coaching experience - I can help you make the most of yourself.
Ongoing training
I offer training consultation on all aspects of the training cycle from training needs analysis, design and delivery, to evaluation. I specialise in the IT and communications industries. E-learning development available on request too.

Fee description
Fees:
from $500 USD to $750 USD
Fee is a day rate. Smaller projects may be charged by the hour. Fees are inclusive of all taxes but excluding any additional expenses incurred. Happy to consider fixed-price projects with well-defined objectives.
