I like to coach through asking powerful, inspiring questions. I believe in coming up with a plan together, that you have a say in. Together, we set milestones that we'll aim for each week, along with practices that you can do on a daily basis. These practices will help you gain confidence and traction. As you start flexing your muscles, pushing yourself with my support, each day you'll get stronger.
I also hold you accountable. I work hard with you to make sure you feel good about your decision to understand and improve your situation. It's going to take a lot of work, and I believe that if you have someone holding you accountable each step of your journey, your results are going to magnified tremendously.

I work with my clients over the phone, because I know how busy you are. When it comes to accountability, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to commit to your program. We don’t have to be in the same town, or waste hours driving to each other. You also don’t have to worry about any awkward face to face self criticism. You’re in a judgement free zone where you can be open and vulnerable – and honest with how you want to change. I also expect you to do your homework. I make things easy by giving you templates and frameworks that you can fill out, but if you’re not doing the practice – you’re not going to get results. I’m here to help you get that muscle exercised and can only do it if you’re putting in the effort in between our calls. I really love hearing how excited my clients get when they start doing the practices, when they start getting out and making friends, and know that we can achieve that with you too.

I'm a filmmaker, an artist, and an entrepreneur. Through the years of starting and closing several businesses and relationships, I've learned powerful lessons about passion, purpose, and communication. Most of all, I've developed strategies and frameworks to build and maintain confidence - because confidence is the one thing that can pull you through any situation, no matter how challenging.

I work full time in a marketing agency, and devote the rest of my time to studying psychology, painting my art, and doing what I can to live a life of adventure and conviction.

Along my journey, I've had some seriously dark and depressing chapters. I've been heartbroken, jobless, and even hopeless. It was during these times that I turned to self help books, coaching programs, and some very kind mentors. Fortunately, they helped pull me through, and get my feet back on the road. Because I know firsthand how painful it feels to be lost, to be overwhelmed with hesitation and anxiety, choked by your own self doubt... I've made it my mission to build a practice of coaching others. All the pain I've gone through has built my strength and courage to be able to help others.

Single call rate is $150 for a one hour session.
