I am a Numerology Coach and Tarot Therapist. Ten years ago, after working several unfulfilled years in the insurance industry, I decided to become a life coach and go back to school to earn my degree in psychology. Having also studied numerology for many years, I felt compelled to incorporate it into my coaching program, Coaching by Numbers™. With numerology, I am able to provide more than just your standard life coaching. I provide my clients with a unique way of discovering their purpose, understanding their life’s path, and identifying the blocks and challenges that are impeding their success.

I consider myself an empirical thinker with a touch of mysticism. I believe that self-knowledge comes from observing your past and present behaviors. However, in order to gain a greater understanding of self, I believe in turning inward toward for the answers. This can be done through meditation, visualization, and of course, the use of tarot cards. Tarot allows us to tap into the subconscious for hidden information. I introduced Tarot therapy into my coaching as a way to help my clients gain clarity and insight into their thoughts, words, and actions that contribute to their unwanted conditions.

I believe wholeheartedly in the power of self-actualization, self-development, and self-awareness, which are essential in helping you become the best version of yourself and achieving great success. I believe we have the ability to create the life we want when we understand our true and powerful nature. I believe that our experiences reflect who we are and where we are. When we are out of balance mentally, spiritually, and emotionally, our life reflects it. These imbalances may show up in the form of fear, anxiety, worry, frustration, unhealthy relationships, financial problems, addictions, health issues, and more.  When we are balanced, life flows seamlessly and effortlessly.
