Hi there. Pamela here, introducing you to a whole new coaching experience. Through the course of our life, each encounter we experience impacts our mind. These impacts affect our behaviors & thought processes. Sorting the effects can help bring our true goals into focus. Sometimes one needs a professional organizer to help sort things into the right places. Coaching is like professional organizing for the mind. I am dedicated to helping you discover, create, and act on your goals. Together we will untangle the thoughts and ideas that create hurdles and open up new insights on the way to gaining your desired success.

Private coaching is done in a one on one setting. These sessions will last 30-60 minutes each at the frequency previously agreed upon during the initial assessment session. Meetings can take place via video conferencing, telephone, or in person (client to pay the cost of travel).
Online coaching sessions are done in a one on one or group setting. These sessions will last 30-60 minutes each at the frequency previously agreed upon during the initial assessment session. Meetings will be conducted through an internet meeting program that best suits each person's platform.
Group coaching includes no more 5 participants in a session at a time (a minimum of 3 participants are required for this coaching option to be available). Sessions will last 60 minutes each at a frequency agreed upon during the initial assessment session. Meetings can take place via video conferencing, telephone, or in person (client is responsible for the cost of travel if the location distance exceeds 40 miles away from).
Fees: from $20 USD to $800 USD
A variety of payment options have been put in place to help you find the best fit for you. We have coaching packages starting at $20 for our group sessions, up to $800 for our private intensive coaching package.
