I have seven years experience in Counselling and Coaching in the Addiction Recovery field. Ispecialize in Addiction Recovery Coaching and Personal Coaching. Other underlying issues gets addressed should we pick them up during our sessions.
I offer face to face coaching. The sessions are 1 hour long and are conducted weekly. I recommend a 10-12 weeks coaching program so as to give time to see progress. The coaching sessions are offered either in my offices or via zoom meetings. One hour session costs R450. The package include 1 hour live sessions, 24/7 Telephone support, 2 Coaching manuals, Personality and Strength Evaluation, Specialized sessions. A commitment to our 10-12 weeks program comes with a free additional sessions.
I offer online coaching via zoom, skype or whatsaap vedio calls whatever platform is convinient for the client. The sessions are 1 hour long and are conducted weekly. The sessions are 1 hour long. Package include 1 hour weekly group sessions for 6 weeks at R1500. 24/7 Telephone support, 2 Coaching manulas, Personality and Strength Evaluation, Snacks and beverages offered. For the group sessions we recquire a minimum of 5 clients to start with sessions and a maximum 10 clients so that we have more intimate interactions.
I also offer workshops and trainings for half nd full days.

Group sessions R1500 for a 6weeks program (sessions conducted weekly)
Trainings R5500 for half day (4 hours)
R7500 for a full day (8 hours)
