About me

I am a mum of 4 kids, (2 boys and 2 girls) and come from a large family of 7 children which is why i love working with clients with large families. I was brought up in the traditional dominant parenting style and understand the difficulties in trying to parent differently from this particularly when everyone around you still follows the dominant model.

I love being a coach because i love empowering parents to be the very best version of themselves in parenthood and in life in general.

Aside from coaching, i am also a girls empowerment coach and a children's book author championing diverse stories.

OFFERINGS

PRIVATE COACHING

My parent coaching programme is called 'Untriggered Parenting'. You will work me, a Certified parent coach with Jai Institute of Parenting.

I offer 6 or 12 week sessions .

My coaching is Parent-centric based on the latest research in child development, attachment, and nervous system science.

I will work with you to find solutions to any parenting conflicts you may be experiencing and give you tools to improve connection and communication with your children.

I beleive a minimum of 6 sessions is required to see real transformation, however i can offer one-off sessions at my discretion.
