I help women to organize their lives creating balance and calm from all of the chaos of our daily demands. Through coaching, you will achieve work/life balance, increased confidence, improved personal and professional relationships and stress management. 

Life coaching is a collaborative relationship between the coach and the client that assists individuals in achieving their goals and improving their overall wellbeing. Coaching provides a non-judgmental space in which you are able to express yourself freely and talk through your circumstances free of distraction. As your coach, I will help you clarify your vision and values, identify obstacles and develop strategies to overcome them, and provide support and accountability throughout the process. By working with me, you can move from where you are to where you want to be, achieve your goals, and create the life you desire.

Sessions are conducted online using Google Meet providing comfort in your own setting. ​

InHER Design offers a customized and goal-oriented approach to Life Coaching. Each session is tailored to the client and will vary in format based on individual needs.

In your first session, you will undergo a Life Coaching assessment to identify your strengths, challenges, and areas of improvement. Together, we will create a clear plan of action to move forward towards achieving your goal.

Throughout subsequent sessions, we will continue to set goals, create action plans, and work on developing your confidence and motivation to ensure that you are on the right track towards achieving your desired outcome. Additionally, we may use role play techniques as needed and assess your work/life balance to ensure that you are achieving holistic success. At InHER Design, we are committed to providing you with coaching insights and support to help you reach your full potential. ​ Each session last 60 minutes.

I come from humble beginnings:  I grew up next to the housing projects in a two bedroom home with my six siblings and parents in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  My mother did not finish middle school as she became pregnant and my father did not graduate from high school as he needed to work to take care of his growing family.   

I learned from an early age that success is not defined by the amount of money in your bank account, the size of your home, being able to keep up with the latest trends, or even your level of education. 

Success looks different for everyone and happiness is not a destination, but takes continued effort.   

I have worked in various fields including office administration, insurance claims, education and counseling.   Within my career and personal life, I have continually inspired, motivated and helped fight for those persons who felt they did not have a voice. 

Over the past several years,  I have battled infertility, recurrent miscarriages, depression, anxiety as well as obesity and in the process transformed my mind, body and soul.  I would not change my journey, because it helped me to develop more empathy and understanding for the obstacles that we face in life.  

During that time, I was forced to face some hard truths and realized that my life's purpose is to empower and assist other women in reaching their own personal satisfaction and success in life. ​
