Second chat via WhatsApp with Philip started and I was in such a bad space. I said that I was about to give up.... Philip was very professional and sent me previously material so that I would prepare. He used very good techniques to make me think and reach conclusions from within. I felt very comfortable while talking to him, he is really smart and emotionally intelligent, so I didn’t need to explain myself as he always understood what I meant. Philip provided a safe and completely non-judgemental space in which to share my concerns and develop my plans – I felt as though I could tell him anything and would be treated with respect and unconditional support. Even after a few sessions of being coached by Philip, I found the experience to be so helpful and life-changing. Working with Philip, I was able to discover some limiting beliefs about myself and how to create a workable plan that would allow me to overcome them. Philip's coaching has been invaluable to me.
