I am a personal development coach, with a firm belief in people’s innate power and potential. I also believe that there is no better feeling than that of true happiness. We all have it in us to be a better, happier version of ourselves; we just have to know how to tap into this ability. I am passionate about facilitating this growth process and witnessing individuals choose the colours with which to brighten their worlds with. PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
I found my "calling"as a life coach at the age of 36, so I have been through my fair share of life experiences... I am not "wet behind the ears" so to speak. I have two small children and have been a full-time mama for the past 5 years. In this time I lost myself in motherhood, which was incredibly rewarding but at the same time quite a wake up call. I have been on a beautiful journey of self discovery and growth while developing as a life coach. I believe I can add a rich authenticity, deep understanding and alternative perspective to other people's growth and I am extremely passionate about this process!
