My name is Porche, I currently have a nonprofit organization that provides life coaching to individuals that are returning to the community after prison but work with all individuals that desire coaching. I also have a B.S in Psychology and an M.S in Forensic Psychology. My background and education are in psychology, but I have learned that building a connection through coaching can make the biggest impact. You can feel comfortable discussing your goals and hopes for the future and by providing the support needed to sort through whatever challenges you may be facing. Don't worry about confiding in me as I am extremely non-judgemental and understanding. I understand "life" happens, and, it's good to know that you have a listening ear that is excited to help you in reaching your goals and watch you discover new things about yourself.
I help my clients both set and achieve goals that they set in a variety of different areas. Along with this, I assist in learning to manage stress in order to allow you to stay encouraged and focused on achieving set goals in a timely manner.
My coaching style is very open and honest. I like for my clients to feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and emotions while knowing I am listening to understand and not to pass any judgment. I like to build a relationship in which we can work as a team to set and achieve goals, along with developing problem-solving skills that can be helpful when you run into a challenging situation. During coaching, I like to have the client determine what they would like to discuss as well as what thoughts they need help sorting through.

I provide online coaching for an hour a session/ weekly. We will discuss how long the coaching should be during our first session which will last about 60 mins. Coaching can be done through Google video conference or through Zoom video conferencing. 15 extra mins. of coaching can be added to any 2 sessions at no extra cost.
My recent work has been at a residential facility for children with mental and behavioral challenges. I also worked at in the psychiatric emergency department of the hospital. I currently and the Executive Director of a nonprofit organization Positive Transitioning.
Fees: from $25 USD to $40 USD
Each session is $60.00 an hour, with an extra 15min on any 2 sessions a month at no extra cost. I understand sometimes you may need a little more time to sort your thoughts. If you need to cancel a session please do this within 24hrs of your session or you will be charged $15.00. I also provide the same day full hour sessions for a fee of $40.00 upon request and depending on availability.
