I work with my clients session by session to establish what in their environment and life is keeping them from reaching their highest potential. We work together to pin-point limiting beliefs, unhealthy boundaries or lack of any, negative narrations and habitual structures that keep them from having clarity.
During each session we discuss situations and scenarios that are currently happening in a clients life and we go from there to see what is needed to reach the goals. We also work together to establish tailored and tangible action steps after each session so the client can already start to take action and see habitual and factual change. I like to use proven methods and techniques for my clients to gain clarity on where and what they can change to achieve those goals/visions. I pride myself in allowing my clients to see and realize the incredible impact that coaching can have when they put in the effort nd work needed.

I mainly do 1 : 1 Life coaching during the week. In the future I plan to do Group Coaching as well.
Fees: from $110 USD to $175 USD
The fee is for one session of 60-75min. of Coaching and also includes all the worksheets and dicuments we use during sessions and any Journals that we work on. Included in this price is also Laser Coaching. Meaning that my clients can contact me at any time between our sessions and I will get back to them at my earliest convenience to discuss, call or text about anything they need immediate coaching on.
