About me

Hello! My name is Raquelle A. Smartt. I am a Happiness Coach. Happiness Coaching is similar to life coaching as it focuses on helping people attain greater fulfillment in their lives. However, happiness coaching in particular provides strategies to help you find your light inside of you and to help you create a harmonious life with it.

I graduated from Hampton University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism and minors in English and Psychology.

I graduated from the University of San Diego with a Master of Arts degree in Marital and Family Therapy.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has practiced for 6 years. I have specialized in treating children using play therapy and young adults who have experienced trauma using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have facilitated parenting and emotional regulation classes as well.

My life's purpose is to use my talents, knowledge, and voice to leave this world better than I found out. Providing Black America with skills to better themselves, their relationships, and their lives is one way to achieve that.

ONLINE COACHING

Within the needs of Belonging & Love, Esteem, and Self-Actualization (from Maslow's Hierarchy), clients will be given assessments, skills training, and lifework to choose their realities. It's time we learn the lesson and study for the test. That way, we all can ace life.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE

In practicing therapy, I was limited to the state of California. While practicing therapy, I focused on trauma work. While that work is still needed as Black America has centuries of unhealed traumas, I am ready for the people who are ready to take the next steps of building themselves, their relationships, their families, and our communities.

I'm ready to help my community build from a place of healing.

Fee description

Fees: from $130 USD to $150 USD

Option 1: Choose a Need (Belonging & Love, Esteem, or Self-Actualization) and receive ALL of the skillsets within that need at a discounted cost.

Option 2: Choose a Skillset (Strengthening Self-Love, Developing a Growth Mindset, etc.) and only receive the tools, resources, and exercises within that skillset.
