*Life coaching* - £30 per hour or a block of 10 hour long sessions for £275.00.
*Life coaching Workshops* - price will vary, to take place sat/sun..times and dates tbc. Will take place in our private studio with a group of 6 people maximum.
*Personal Training* - £200 for a block of 10 hour long sessions (includes free initial consultation, personalised programme tailored to your specific needs and goals and nutrition plan)
*Massage*
Sports massage therapy :
£25.00 for 1-hour session
£15.00 for 30-minute session
Swedish relaxation massage:
£25.00 for 1 hour long full body massage
£15.00 for 30-minute neck, back and shoulder massage
*REIKI*
Adults - £15.00 for 45-minute session
Children - £10.00 for 30-minute session
