I help women feel supremely confident in who they are and worthy of all that they desire.  I help them to release old patterns of abuse, negative thinking, negative behaviors, and any baggage they've been carrying around that is no longer serving them.  I help them to understand the importance of their mindset and thinking and how this shapes their entire reality.  I also help them to deeply love and respect themselves so that they can have more fulfilling relationships, as well as a more fulfilling life overall.

I value trust, openness, and honesty above all things.  I will always be straightforward with my clients and give them the best methods and strategies to guide them through the process of deep inner work and healing.  I utilize a lot of different techniques through the mindset evolution to assist my clients in getting the best possible results.  I practice many different spiritual, psychological, and scientific strategies depending on the client's individual needs.  My coaching practice is called BS Free Spirit Coaching because I fully believe in being BS-free in my approach and my coaching.  I will tell my clients what is necessary over what they might want to hear.  I also believe that when your spirit is free, that is when you will become fully awakened and empowered in this life, and that is my main objective.  

Individual coaching sessions are generally 60 minutes.  I offer clients either the ability to schedule sessions as they go or as a package.  The packages I am currently offering are 3, 6, 9, or 12-month packages.

All coaching sessions are held online.

I am currently featuring a 6-week private coaching course focused specifically on improving your mindset in regards to money.  I also plan on offering group coaching programs in the near future.

As I said before, I have been a longtime depression, anxiety, and PTSD sufferer in life.  I have been in several abusive relationships, and I am a recovering addict.  Also, I am a suicide survivor twice over.  I believe that in all of my trials and tribulations that I have learned some very important and valuable lessons about myself, but also about life in general.  When I say that I have completely changed my life around, this is not an understatement or any type of dramatics.  I went from being suicidal to starting my own coaching business with an immense global vision and impact in mind as my bigger picture goal.  I went from believing that my life was worthless and that I was unworthy of any sort of happiness or success to believing that I am unstoppable and can achieve absolutely anything that I set my mind to.  When I learned to change the way that I think and to change my overall mindset, it changed my entire life.  It was then that I knew that it was my mission to help other women achieve the same feelings and outcomes.  I want to coach you through as much as I can so that you too can feel the unstoppable confidence and empowerment that I now feel every single day.  

An individual 60 minute VIP session rate is $100.  My coaching packages start at $2,497 for 3-months up to $11,497 for a full year.  I also offer different payment plan options for my packages.
