On our weekly sessions we recap on previous week's session, what was achieved what happened during the week, and constantly check if they are still on tract with reaching their goals.
We work in our first session on our coaching plan, so that both parties are aware what work will be done and how long to achieve their goals.
I either coach face to face or telephone, or Skype call.
Prefer the client when we have our session to focus entirely even if it is telephone or Skype on session at hand.
That hour we focus on coaching and achieving the clients goals.
