I am a Certified Life and Personal Development Coach, with over 10 years of direct client-coaching experience and 20 years of corporate leadership experience. I believe in the work that I do, I love the work that I do, and I love making a positive difference in the lives of others,
Over the last 10 years, I've worked with over 500 individual clients, spanning many areas, such as relationships ( business and personal), workplace productivity and career growth; health and wellness; confidence, dating; procrastination; business coaching, and mindset. Additionally, I've worked with celebrities, and athletes alike, on getting unstuck, out of funk, career slump, etc.
My Coaching Style often vacillates between, Mindful Coaching, Holistic Coaching, and Solutions Based Coaching. I don't favor one over the other, yet I usually find myself representing one or all 3 syles, at any given time
