As your coach I will be asking you a series of questions that will help us both to clearly identify your goals and objectives. We are going to be as detailed as possible when it comes to your specific objectives. When we’ve completed this stage of the coaching process, you will have a crystal clear picture of what your life will be like when you have achieved success. Once we’ve accomplished that, we’ll begin developing a detailed plan to get you exactly where you want to go. This plan will include determining the specific actions you will need to take to move quickly and naturally to achieving your goals. My approach entails neuropsychology, behavioral psychology and coaching strategies.

Three months is the minimum commitment I require of my clients. I charge a minimum $250.00 per hour for Life Coaching and $500.00 per hour for Executive Coaching. Each session lasts between 45 minutes to an 1 hour.
