About me

My goal as a Self-esteem Elevation Coach is to help young adults get them on track for a healthy, successful life free of crime, drugs, and school challenges with no pills. My approach entails neuropsychology, NLP and coaching strategies.

Understand that coaching is about a relationship between the coach and client to create a life the client wants. Confidentiality is extremely important to me. It’s also refreshing to know that coaches don’t tell people what to do. However, I help people by asking questions that make them think better and look at different perspectives so they make better choices and decisions. Moreover, I don’t psychoanalyze nor diagnose clients. I can advise them, help them bounce ideas, but I’m not fixing their problems. They’re fixing their own problems. My job is to help them remove the need for advice by tuning in to the wisest counsel anyone can have – themselves.
