Starting from the concept that you already know the right answer, using a process of insightful and intuitive questioning, we work together as a team to determine what the root issue is, what the cause is and what the solution is. Once we determine the solution, we work out a step by step plan to reach that solution.  This may happen in the first session; This may take several conversations.  Once a plan has been made, we work together to ensure you, the client, are able to follow the steps, correcting and adjusting the plan as necessary until we achieve what we have determined is success.

When a coaching relationship is formed properly it is a very personal experience where a trust bond is formed which allows coach and client to work singularly together, exploring and examining in a safe, non-judgemental space where we can be vulnurable when necessary and brutally (but tactfully) honest when required.

Every one-on-one coaching session includes 45 minutes of you and I face to face, working to flesh out the details that will make your life more satisfying every day, rooting out the obstacles and creating a step-by-step plan to get you to that goal, dream, career, or more satisfying life.  We offer single sessions as well as monthly and 6 month packages.  We offer video lesson training also, separate from coaching, for individuals who would like additional self guided self-improvement.  Currently, due to Covid-19 requirements, all sessions are done through video conference or phone.

Single Session: $125

Monthly recurring: $375 includes up to one session every week

6 Month recurring: $2100 includes up to one session every week for 6 months.
