Although I occasionally help clients work through the struggle of choosing a life and/or professional path; most clients come to coaching with a firm idea of the DESTINATION that they desire (more money, better career, improved relationships, be a better salesperson, overcme procrastination, become more productive or efficient, etc). What they need from their coach is the CLARITY / STRATEGY / MOTIVATION / ACCOUNTABILITY to get there!
By integrating the combined Education and Experiences curated over the last 30 years of my own pursuit of personal interests and successful professional career; I have successfully led teams, groups, and individuals through the process of becoming the person (employee, business owner, spouse, parent, etc. that would bring them the most satisfaction and purpose.
I tend to use casual conversations, simple assessments, self-awareness exercises, and quality listening to discover the best path for you and I do not disapear between sessions. You are likely to recive rgular text support, ideas, and encouragement; as well have my personal cell number for thos quick "clarity" conversations that are sometimes needed to make sure you don't waste precious time and effort going in a direction you are still "Fuzzy" about.

60-90 minute personal & immediately appliable sessions in person, over the phone, and/or oftem through vido calls.
In these sessions; clients typically know the "destination" (business growth, better communication skills, meaningful spirituality, new career, better relationships, work/life balance, etc.) that they are trying to get to; but need help designing the most efficient and productive course to take.
Many also need the motivation and accountability to see the commitment through to the desired outcome.
60-90 minute group "Development" program designed around a relevant topic/book/resource highlighting a particular goal that a management team/small business owner wants to take thier employees.
Common goals are Customer Service; Owner Mentality; Team Culture; Positivity; Goal Attainment; New Manager Mindset/Begining Leadership, etc.
Requires a Minimum 6 session commitment.
Fees: from $90 USD to $125 USD
Coaching Sessions begin with a minumum Four Session Block investment. Discounts apply to larger blocks if desired.
Sessions can be as often as weekly or as far apart as Monthly depending on the outcome desired and the context of the request.
Four 60-90 minute Sessions are $500 ($125/session). This includes any materials; assessments requested by your coach, and regular texts and short clarity calls between sessions.
