In order to lead a full life, it is important to love who you are. Too often, many of us allow the noise from the world around us to seep in and erode out self-worth and self confidence. 

I work with clients to access their inner power to once again believe in their self-worth, regain their self confidence and lead a fulfilling life.

I like to coach by first getting to understand the goals of the client. Then provide a structured plan for accountability based on the individual's needs and personality. I also like to incorporate journaliing and music therapy. I will be your advocate, cheerleader and accountabiity coach.

I spent close to 20 years as a paramedic in Riverside County, California. I have struggled with Depression and PTSD and finding my identity after leaving EMS and becoming a single mother. I chose every day to see the beauty in the world, even in the chaos of pandemics and civil unrest. I truely believe that out attitude is a choice and it takes work to to not let all of the noise from the world around us, destroy our inner peace and happiness.
