My Life Coaching services stems from a desire to see people's lives become free and empowered, able to live their dreams and meet their desired goals and from my own personal experiences and breakthroughs.
I’ve helped Helen to overcome anger which stemmed from child abuse, who now has a real sense of peace and is able to manage her emotions when handling her own children. I’ve helped Mary to overcome childhood trauma and abuse and she has made tremendous progress, and experienced transformational changes. I've helped women with anger and abuse issues from childhood, to recognise where their anger stems from, heal from the inside, and become able to handle relationships in a healthy way. I've helped clients to overcome physical, mental and personal pain and grief, and to and to see their own value and identity, and have been able to reach their goals.
I would like to begin by getting to know clients and what their specific needs and desires are - we can usually do this on the free complimentary session.
I would then work with the client at their pace through the areas clients have identified as needing help, using a variety of NLP techniques and spiritual tools (where appropriate). If there are several areas that we need to look at, then I would advise the client to purchase a package, so we can address these issues individually.
In each new session, we will evaluate how the client has got on since we spoke, and work on any new issues that need addressing.
I tend to ask clients to do a bit of homework so that they can really apply the insights they've gained into their areas of difficulty, and begin to see the results they desire in their lives.

PARENT MENTORING & COACHING PROGRAMME
As an experienced mother of boys with SpLD's and teacher in the Early Years field, I can offer you a 10 week mentoring and coaching video programme for parents of children with specific learning difficulties e.g. dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD, ADD, Aspergers, plus.
There are 10 coaching videos addressing various challenges that parents and children face, including managing challenging behaviour, and emotional development, working with Therapists, working with schools, transitions, therapies and teaching strategies. Each coaching video has strategies and mindset changes which will bring transformation to your parenting and home life when applied.
There are also 2 practical bonus videos, 1 hour long each, focusing on teaching basic maths skills and resources e.g. times tables and a lot more, plus a video focusing on the skills of spelling. The videos can be viewed via the Facebook Group or sent directly to your email address, and watched at your own convenience.
The course addresses challenges that parents and children face, with strategies and mindset changes in each session, which will bring transformation to your parenting and home life, when you put these principles into practice.
FREEDOM ENCOUNTER is a Christian spiritual approach to life coaching.
As an experienced spiritual leader of many years, with training in this therapy, I can take you on a deep spiritual journey where you will encounter the help and guidance of the Holy Spirit. Ruth was just the kind of coach I was looking for. I wanted a Bible believing Christian who could affirm my faith. I also really needed someone who understands the "different" that Asperger's/Autism adds to a child's personality... and brings to a mother's life. Ruth also gave me ideas that helped with my other son's anger.
We addressed my life goals and she helped me come up with ways to get started. I am currently developing a youtube channel with Bible stories for preschoolers. It's a little different since I'm the story teller and it's not a cartoon.
We also worked on personal side-issues. Some guided thinking sessions brought surprising thoughts and memories to the forefront of my thinking. I believe I am a little less encumbered, now, because bringing them to the surface helped me be able to address them and shift my thinking a bit.
