I love to help people gain more clarity in the areas of dating, relationships, body image, self-esteem, confidence and also intuitive eating for a better relationship with food.
I can offer my services in French and in English online or by telephone.
The type of coaching I provide is very different and helps you to get more clarity and show up in life the way you have always wanted to. I do not need to use any tools, and I will not get you to recite affirmations in front of a mirror. I promise.

I can meet you face-to-face if you are based in Kent, UK. Otherwise we can meet up online.
Sessions last 1 hour and you would need to sign up for a minimum of 6 months coaching (3 sessions per month)
ONLINE COACHING
We can meet up online, with or without video.
Sessions last 1 hour and you would need to sign up for a minimum of 6 months coaching (3 sessions per month)

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
I have had many transformations in my life, the first one being my intuitive eating. After years of addiction to dieting and terrible body image, I finally let go of the need to follow the latest diets and beat myself up for never really managing to lose weight. As soon as I let go of that, my weight finally stabilized and I never had to weigh myself again. I no longer own scales and simply follow what my body wants and needs.
After my divorce, I started training in different modalities like NLP, Hypnotherapy, TFT etc. until I discovered Clarity Coaching, which completely changed my life 3 years ago: a better relationship with my children, with my ex, no more fear of public speaking, confidence in all areas of life, helping me to be more in action rather than in my head.
I now no longer need to use any of the previous trainings and I keep learning and looking in that direction.
I offer 1:1 and group coaching, and am looking forward to helping you discover the real you.
