Many of Sandra's past clients achieve job promotions, discover their passion to transition into another phase of their lives after a divorce or other life events, achieve top sales in their organizations, as well as the confidence to lead others in their community

Sandra has a democratic style of Coaching. Her Coaching client's set the tone, outline their goals and how they want to achieve them. Sandra may re-direct or re-focus when necessary.

Sandra's story begins in the great state of Iowa growing up surrounded by loving grandparents and family members. Sandra's mother requested that she come to Washington DC to live with her to start Kindergarten. Upon arriving in DC, 6 years later, Sandra's mother passed away...Sandra, an only child was devastated. With the love and support of her family, she slowly moved from a state of depression,lack of self-confidence and had to face the realization that her mother was 'not coming back" As the years progressed, college, nursing, pharmaceutical sales and mortgage banking (promotions, awards, trips) were her career passion's.
But she thought," surely I can do something else?" A Peak Performer is what Sandra called herself. Sandra started an image consulting company. After the Great Recession, she decided to start a Coaching career to help others become a "Peak Performer".
