About me
I am a certified holistic coach with a passion for helping people lose weight and gain energy. I offer my 90 day total transformation program and this includes 12 sessions (once a week session). Each session is 45-60 minutes long. I offer Complimentary Discovery Sessions so you can see how I work and if we are the right fit as coach and client. If you want to experience a better relationship with yourself, your body and others, aswell as more beauty, a more fulfilling career, better relationship with money and a better relationship with food and fitness, this is for you. I look forward to hearing from you. I also offer a 14 day cleanse for a light yet effective cleanse, with great results like glowing skin & more energy.

I am patient and love to coach as though I am your best friend. I love to offer my coaching with an open, listening ear and allow you to express yourself freely. I like to coach via phone or Skype in a zen like and relaxing vibe & environment.

You may stay as a client for as long as you need. You can constantly renew programs or switch from total transformation to 14 day cleanse
