Sara Keller

I am a certified life coach and credentialed teacher with an undergraduate degree in Psychology, post-graduate teaching credentials in social science, history, and English, as well as Life Coach training from LCTI. I have worked with many people of all ages and abilities in the last 30+ years. I have extensive real-world experience that includes, teaching, mentoring, counseling, management, marketing/sales, leadership, community advocacy, political campaigning, and conflict resolution.

I have taken and/or taught courses in psychology, sociology, social studies, public speaking, writing, research and media literacy, financial planning and budgeting, health management (including personal training certification), yoga, death and dying, addiction and recovery, sleep and dreams.

I have personal experience in pregnancy, birth, love-and-logic parenting, overcoming childhood trauma, overcoming the death of a parent, divorce, the struggles of working as a stay-at-home-parent, career change, networking, etc.

My hobbies/interests include vocal training, photography, hiking, camping, running, art history and contemporary art, cooking and nutrition, feminist advocacy, community commitment and participation, and just about any kind of self-improvement.

My spiritual and holistic pursuits include Feng Shui, Reiki and other energy work, astrology, as well as studying multiple religions and creation beliefs. I love working with many different people and I would love to work with you!
