My name is Sara McArdle, and I coach mid-career professional women to find the work that delights and energizes them, and aligns with their sense of purpose.

HOW I LIKE TO COACH
As a Certified Professional Whole Person Coach®, you can think of me as a personal trainer for your career change. I’ll be your confidante and cheerleader, I’ll offer you insights and perspective, I’ll challenge you and sometimes I’ll even help nudge you into action. Together, we’ll work through a number of enlightening exercises and deep dive inquiry, tailored for your learning styles and preferences.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
Why me? Well, I’ve been down the road of career change, myself. I certainly wasn't born with a clear "calling.†I picked my field in one, five-minute conversation when I was 17 years old. And while I knew as soon as I started working professionally that something was missing, it took me 20 years to try something different.
My turning point came when I started practicing NVC in my free time—a discipline that helps people live richer lives through transforming their negative self-talk, identifying what matters most to them and taking courageous actions that bring increasingly greater satisfaction.
I was so enamored with and empowered by this transformative work that I pursued a Whole Person Coach® certification and launched a business to help other women like me recognize and make the most of their unique talents and gifts, and spend as many years of their life doing work they’re madly in love with.
Today, I work one-on-one coaching women; I support workshops in prison that help those incarcerated improve their capacity to serve as family members, workers and citizens; and I serve on the board of a youth organization which builds interfaith communities that embody a culture of peace.
