Five years ago, I decided to sell or giveaway all my belongings and move to Nicaragua with my dog to live the life of my dreams. I had been feeling stuck, with no motivation, lack of ambition and a depressing life outlook. I haven’t always loved healthy eating and living a sustainable lifestyle. In my late teens and early twenties, I battled between binge eating or not eating at all. Honestly, the majority of my diet consisted of alcohol and fast food. Seeing everyone around me living life, day in and day out in a state of helplessness, I chose to take the plunge and get out of the rut. I became a surf instructor at a surf retreat for women. Best decision of my life.
Every week was filled with adventure, but the best part... I spent every day empowering and inspiring women from all over the world. This passion turned into a unique opportunity to turn my interest for health and food into a way to inspire. Everyday I am asked questions about food, healthy living, and natural remedies. I have over ten years experience in healthy and natural living and a degree, a B.A. in Psychology, and I am ready to inspire and empower other women to live a life of their dreams.
