I help people live by design and choice and find and reconnect to their unique mission or calling by working to uncover blocks and develop possibilities rather than living with their default habits. We work together to find hidden blocks, discover values, set up goals that align with these values, and ignite the passion and fire that makes your life shine. By aligning your values and goals, better systems and habits can be built that automatically take you toward the life you want.

I coach by looking at those parts of life that drive you and your decisions and aligning them with something more significant. Focus is placed on results and the reasons those results are desired. These sessions work best by meeting no less than once every other week.

If you are in my area, in-person sessions can be arranged; however, my coaching is suited to online sessions using Zoom, Skype, or Google Meet. With this, you receive a 60-minute one-on-one session. Due to the nature of the coaching process and the need for long-term commitment, it is strongly encouraged that you start with a minimum of four sessions to develop a solid foundation. Once that package is completed, we can proceed to individual sessions if desired.

I have been involved in personal development for most of my adult life. I left home at an early age and took responsibility for my growth by spending countless hours reading self-help literature and listening to professional development audio tapes. Due to my drive for improvement, I was put into leadership roles with little experience at a young age. I learned how to live a life of balance and purpose through trial and error. I wrote my mission at twenty-six and started my first small business at thirty-two. These were trying times for me as I was learning through the school of hard knocks. Later, when I found more balance, I learned about life coaching. There was something I was passionate about: A way to share what I knew to help others and help them avoid the pitfalls I experienced in my life journey. I traveled the path with little outside assistance – my goal is to coach others to discover their path sooner and progress faster.
