Being a competitive person most of my life, I dealt with issues of "not enoughness" but wanted so desperately to reach new levels of success. The biggest struggle though, was balance because I value family, health and love immensely.

This lead to learning strategies that would enable me to work diligently in my sports and careers to achieve high-level results. I soon learned that life was unfulfilling, dull and lacking love. This is when I began searching for balance in all areas of my life.
