The first and most important step in resolving an issue is to LISTEN. I will OBSERVE your qualities and characteristics. I will then OFFER my knowledge, experience and resources for your acceptance. If accepted, I will EXECUTE a plan to assist you with resolving the issue(s).

I've been a multi small business owner for over 21 years gaining experience in the beauty & fashion, construction & real estate, insurance, criminal justice, and mental health & social work industries. I've traveled the world to experience different cultures and traditions. I'm a family oriented and spiritual person. I will always continue to seek knowledge and understanding to remain an asset to myself and others. As far as I can remember, I've helped others and worked professionally to support that purpose. I've experienced the highs and lows of most aspects of life relating to personal & professional growth, relationships & loss, transformations & mental health. I learned that all things are made possible with knowledge and resources and I've dedicated my life to providing both to my clients.
