About me
I am a life coach who specializes in personal and business coaching.  I recently completed an intensive coaching program at Lewis University in Organizational and Leadership Coaching.  After completing the program, I realized that I needed to specialize in life coaching since so much of who we are and how successful we will be depends on the the state of our personal well-being.  I currently work in the social services field and have done so for the past 25 years.  I have a degree in Public Relations and a Master's degree in Public Administration and also a Master's degree in Adult Education.  I am very passionate about helping people become self-sufficient and emotionally healthy by providing them with tools and resources.  I recognize that life sometimes presents challenges and having a support system can be life changing. Active listening is one of my strengths. Additionally, I am intuitive and pay close attention to details and your needs. Coaching is a partnership in which I believe my clients hold the power to their own success. I would like to help you believe in you as much as I believe in you.

I coach with a very open mind. My approach is not judgmental in any way. I enjoy working with my clients and witnessing their "Ah- Ha" moments. Those moments are life-changing and a great beginning to the clients having ownership of their progress.

Private coaching is my specialty. Mainly because of the attention and focus that I am able to provide in a one to one setting either face to face or on the phone.

Having worked in the nonprofit sector for the past 25 years, I understand first-hand the many challenges that the families I've worked with face. Whether it's substance abuse, domestic violence, goal-setting, self-empowerment, or life skills training, I have had a hands-on, active role in helping them stabilize their situations. I understand that when life happens, change happens also.

Fees:
from $35 USD to $650 USD
35 USD - 30-minute coaching session
55 USD - 45-minute coaching session
85 USD- 60-minute coaching session
I also offer great rates on monthly coaching packages to include a starter package, a professional package, and a premium package.
**Sessions must be prepaid.
