About me

Shawn Marie Cichiwski is a highly skilled Coach with over 10,000 hours of coaching experince. She received extensive training (ICF coaching methodology) working for the largest and most experienced national provider of uniquely powerful on-site corporate health and wellness coaching.  In addition, Shawn is the owner of WNY Life Coaching Center, offering personal life coaching and energy training/services. She is the host of "Coaching Conversations" podcast and is a well-being educator.  Shawn Marie has devoted her life to the field of Intregrative Health/Life Coaching, energy psychology, and ecotherapy. This integrative coaching blends different aspects of eastern and western philosophies to achieve optimal health, well-being. Shawn offers behavioral coaching which is action-orienated and focuses on enabling you to make small changes that add up to big lasting results over time. Shawn specializes in self-care, stress management, lifestyle improvement and mindfulness.  She is a dual Reiki Master Teacher.
