Motivation & Life coaching became an important part of my life about 20 years ago and much deeper into the motivation niche after a major sport accident in 2012. Since then, I put all my motivation, power, energy, will and focus into a clear vision of my daily routine.
There was that little chance I had, and I grabbed it.
My longtime global work expertise in the aviation field, as well as my global living experiences making me as a motivation and life coach special.
I obtained my qualification and certifications through numerous and different classes in:
- Business coaching,
- life coaching
- family coaching,
- Intercultural communication,
- Continuing education in international crisis management,
- Mediation and conflict resolution is another expertise I am qualified in.
- Aviation crisis special assistant team member
I have a BA and MA in Science and Paralegal Studies

RESULTS & GOALS
I coach clients with insurmountable challenges. Single coaching, Students, couples with relationship difficulties and professionals who struggle with work overload and stress or burn out, and young adults who need guidance. I help clients to reach there desired goal.
I do have over 25 years international experiences in different life stages, and mostly went through a lot of changes, challenges and changes by my self. I am not coaching just from a books or classes, I coach authentically.
HOW I LIKE TO COACH
Setting step by step goals to accomplish, reaching them and focusing to the next step until we get to our final.
Before we start, I like to get to know you especially what area you like to be coached.
I will listen to you and your interests, likes, goals, dreams and wishes e.g.
If we come to the point of what comes next, we will discuss the time frame of our coaching, such as single coaching, packages or longterm.

Online coaching can be held via Skype, phone or prepared in individually and customised online class.

I do offer longterm coaching and different coaching packages, which can be discussed during your free coaching consultation.
