3 month *12 coach sessions of 1 hour each on phone ( 400 $ per month) in which we will get clear on which goals to work on followed by a strategy , planning and results coaching sessions . A step by step scientific approach . I will encourage and keep you motivated through the actions and the ensueing emotional overwhelm to coach to the finish line .
I have a Masters in Cell biology and domain expertise and professional work exp[erience in senior leadership position for 20 years in Scientific organisations .I have navigated the leadership dilemmas and career transitions , emotional overwhelm and learned the lessons in emotional resilience , conscious thinking and communicationespecially with difficult people . My training in Neuroleadership coaching further enhanced my skills and gave me the tools to enhance my success goals without losing my equanimity and calm .

1500$ monthly for 4 coaching hourly audio calls to plan to work on 1 bold success goal as well as a parallel 1 personal happiness goal , a clear science backed goal setting , strategy and planning framework to achieve the results in a fast and sustainable way .
